| 摘 要： | 本文报导用免疫电镜法检测秋季婴幼儿急性腹泻病毒。在29例病人粪便中检出了病毒颗粒的16例(55.2％),即轮状病毒11例(37.9％),小圆形病毒1例(3.4％),其中,同时具有轮状病毒和小圆形病毒者3例(10.3％),类冠状病毒1例(3.4％)。免疫电镜的检出率比直接电镜法高。

| Abstract: | The viruses separated from feces which were taken from infants who got acute autumn diarrhea were obserbed by immuno-electronmicroscopy. Various kinds of viruses were found in 16(55.2%) of 29 cases: rotavirus particles in 11(37.9%), small-round virus particles in 1(3.4%), rotavirus and small round virus particles in 3(10.3%), and coronaviruslike particles in 1(3.4%). The detection rate of virus by this method was higher than that by direct electron microscopy(34.5%). |
