| 摘 要： | 目的 加深对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的认识，提高其诊断水平，降低误诊率。方法 对85例系统性红斑狼疮患者临床表现、误诊情况进行了回顾性分析。结果 85例中24例（28．2％）误诊。结论 系统性红斑狼疮临床表现多样，早期症状不典型，误诊率高，误诊时间长短不一。临床医师应加深对本病的认识，通过对各种临床表现的综合分析和完善的实验室检查，可以降低本病的误诊率。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn more characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),to improve diagnostic skill and decrease misdiagnosis rate of SLE.Methods The clinical manifestation and misdiagnosis condition in 85 patients with SLE were analyzed retrospectively.Results 24 of 85 cases with SLE were misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate was 28.2%.Conclusions The clinical manifestations of SLE were complex and untypical in early stage,this lead to higher misdiagnosis rate,the periods of misdiagnosis were various.Clinicians should know more details and decrease misdiagnosis rate of SLE by combined aggregate analysis of various manifestations with complete laboratory examination. |
