| Abstract: | Two sibs are reported with Walker-Warburg syndrome including hydrocephalus, agyria, anterior chamber dysgenesis, and encephalocele. In addition, both had cleft lip and cleft palate and intrauterine growth retardation, findings not previously noted in this condition. |
