剥离术与肝切除术治疗肝血管瘤的临床应用价值分析

目的 探讨剥离术与肝切除术治疗肝血管瘤的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的70例肝血管瘤患者,按随机数字表法进行分组,各35例。对照组采用肝切除术治疗,观察组采用剥离术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、肝血流阻断时间、住院天数及术后并发症发生率。结果两组患者均成功手术,临床疗效无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肝血流阻断时间及住院天数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者的ALT和AST水平及并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剥离术与肝切除术治疗肝血管瘤均具有较好的治疗效果,但肝血管瘤剥离术对患者创伤小,术后恢复快,并发症少,更值得在临床推广。

Clinical application value of the hepatectomy and the enucleation in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma

Objective To compare the clinical effect of the hepatectomy and the enucleation in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma.Methods70 patients with hepatic hemangioma were treated in our hospital,all patients were evenly divided into two groups according to the random number table method (n=35).The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the observation group was treated with dissection.The clinical efficacy,operation time,blood loss,hepatic blood flow occlusion time,hospital stay and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.ResultsBoth operation and clinical efficacy of the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The operation time,blood loss,liver blood flow blocking time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ALT and AST levels and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionBoth the hepatectomy and the enucleation in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma have a good therapeutic effect,but the enucleation is worth to be popularized in clinical practice for the patients with less trauma,faster recovery and less complications.
