异位妊娠高危因素分析

目的探讨异位妊娠的高危因素。方法根据婚育情况将298例异位妊娠患者分为3组:未婚组、已婚未育组及已产组,分别对其生殖道感染史、流产次数、避孕方式、术中盆腔炎等情况进行回顾分析。结果未婚组生殖道感染史、无避孕措施或低效避孕方式者明显高于其他2组(P<0.001),人工流产次数≥2次者未婚组及已婚未育组均明显高于已产组(P<0.01),术中盆腔炎者3组均高于60%。结论生殖道感染、无避孕措施和低效避孕、多次流产及盆腔炎为异位妊娠的高危因素,异位妊娠为再次异位妊娠的高危因素。

Analysis the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Basing the condition of marriage and procreation,298 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into three groups,unmarried group,married nulliparous group and parous group.The history of genital duct infection,the number of abortion,the way of contraception,and the condition of pelvic inflammatory disease in operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results The history of genital duct infection,no contraceptive measures or inefficient form of contraception in unmarried group were significantly higher than in married nulliparous group and parous group(P<0.001).The number of abortion which was more than 2 in unmarried group and nulliparous group were significantly higher than parous group(P<0.01).The indicence of pelvic inflammatory disease in three groups was all higher than 60%.Conclusion Genital duct infection,no contraceptive measures and inefficient form of contraception,many times of abortions and pelvic inflammatory disease are the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy,and ectopic pregnancy is high risk factors for estopic pregnancy again.
