摘    要:①目的研究维生素C对尿酸测定的干扰及机制。②方法采用尿酸酶一过氧化物酶(Uricase-PAP)法测定尿酸。③结果对尿酸浓度相同、维生素C浓度不同的系列标本进行测定,所测尿酸浓度随着维生素C浓度的升高而降低。测定不合尿酸的过氧化氢溶液时,所测尿酸浓度随着过氧化氢稀释度的增大而降低;当过氧化氢浓度相同时,所测尿酸浓度随着维生素C浓度的增高而降低。④结论维生素C通过反应的中间产物过氧化氢及最终产物苯醌亚胺还原而干扰尿酸的测定。

Interference and mechanism of vitamin C on determination of uric acid
Abstract:Objective To study the interference and mechanism of vitamin C on determination of uric acid. Methods Uric acid concentrations were determined with Uricase PAP method. Results When a series of samples containing the same concentration of uric acid but different concentrations of vitamin C were determined,the uric acid concentrations decreased with the increase of vitamin C concentrations.When uric acid free hydrogen peroxide solutions were determined,the uric acid concentrations decreased with dilutions of hydrogen peroxide;when hydrogen peroxide concentration is constant,the uric acid concentrations decreased with increase of vitamin C concentrations in the solutions.Conclusion Vitamin C interferes with the determination of uric acid by reduction of both the intermittent product hydrogen peroxide and the final product quinoneimine. [
