| 摘 要： | 为探讨经颅内入路修复前颅底缺损的最佳手术方法 ,利用带蒂带血管延长颞肌肌瓣及颅骨骨膜瓣对 2 0例颅底缺损病人行前颅底修补。结果 2 0例患者术后随访 3个月～ 2年均无脑脊液漏和颅内感染的发生。认为应用带蒂带血管延长颞肌肌瓣及颅骨骨膜瓣经颅内入路修复前颅底缺损是理想的手术方法

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the best surgery methods of transcranial repairing anterior basocranial defect, 20 patients with anterior basocranial defect were repaired with the pedicled blood vessel temporal muslce flap and the pericranial flap. A long-term follow-up from 3 months to 2 years found that there were no leakage of cerebrospinal fluid and intracranial infection in these 20 patients. It suggests that it is a perfect method that transcranial repairing anterior basocranial defect with the pedicled elongation temporal muscle flap and the pedicled pericranial flap. |
