生物频谱治疗对哮喘患者可溶性白细胞介素-2受体、T细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:为探讨生物频谱治疗对哮喘患者免疫功能的影响,用生物频谱对哮喘患者进行穴位照射治疗。采用单克隆与多克隆双抗夹心法和间接免疫荧光法,对15例哮喘患者和15例正常献血者(对照组)进行了可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平和T细胞亚群的检测,结果发现哮喘患者治疗后sIL-2R水平明显高于治疗前,而治疗后CD_8~ 虽有所升高但仍低于正常对照组,CD_4~ /cD_8~ 比值与正常对照组差异无显著性,结果表明生物频谱治疗能调整哮喘患者紊乱的T细胞亚群的比例和促进活化的T细胞的自我调节。

Abstract:In order to study the immunologic effect of biology frequency spectrum on asthma patients, they were treated with biology frequency spectrum on the relevant points of the body. The double antibody with jam centre method of monoclone and polyclone and the indirect immune fluorescence method were em- ployed to examine the sIL-2 and T cell subset of the 15 asthma patients and 15 normal subjects. It was found that after the treatment the sIL-2 level of the asthma patients was apparently higher than before the treat- ment. Although after the treatment, the level of CD_8~ was elevated but still lower than the normal control. The CD_4~ /CD_8~ ratio had no apparent difference with the normal group. The results suggest that the treat- ment of biology frequency spectrum can adjust the disordered T cell subset ratio and improve the animated ad- justment of the T cell.
