风险管理在TURP术后持续膀胱冲洗中的应用

目的在经尿道前列腺电切术后持续膀胱冲洗中有效规避风险,降低护理风险的发生率,为患者提供安全、优质的护理。方法对经尿道前列腺电切术后持续膀胱冲洗患者进行护理风险管理,采取了一系列措施:落实护理管理制度;加强护理各环节的风险管理;提高护士的风险防范意识。结果通过实行风险管理,实验组的尿路感染、血块堵塞、膀胱痉挛、病人满意率均优于对照组;护理不良事件发生率较对照组低。结论在经尿道前列腺电切术后持续膀胱冲洗中实行风险管理,护理质量得到明显提高,有效地避免了各种护理纠纷的发生,真正全面地保障了护理安全。

Application of Risk Management in Continuous Bladder Irrigation after TURP

Objective To avoid risks effectively,reduce the incidence of nursing risk,provide the safe and quality nursing for patients in continuous bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods The patients with continuous bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).were carried out nursing risk management,and adopted a series of measures:implementing nursing management system;enhancing nursing risk management of all aspects;increasing risk prevention consciousness of nurses.Results By implementing the risk management,the urinary tract infection,blood clots blocking,bladder spasm,patients' satisfaction of experimental group were superior to those of control group;the incidence of adverse events of nursing was lower than that in control group.Conclusions Through carrying out the risk management in continuous bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP),nursing quality has been markedly enhanced,effectively avoiding the occurrence of various nursing disputes,truly and comprehensively ensuring the nursing safety.
