摘    要:本文将第215代Ca761脚掌移植的同一小鼠所产生的腘窝或腹股沟淋巴结与肺转移瘤分别移植于两组健康小鼠脚掌,同时取第215代Ca761腋部皮下移植的肺转移瘤移植于第三组健康小鼠,如此循环5代以上,获得Ca761-FL、Ca761-FP、Ca76l-AP三个亚株。对照实验表明:淋巴结转移率,Ca761-FL高于Ca761-FP。肺转移率,Ca761-FP高于Ca761-FL。结果显示Ca761肿瘤细胞向淋巴道与血道转移途径的选择与瘤细胞本身生物学性质有关。此外,Ca761-AP_7脚掌移植组淋巴结转移高于Ca761-AP_7腋下移植组,提示移植部位对转移途径的选择有影响。本实验早期及晚期带瘤小鼠的肺和淋巴结转移灶可同时或单独出现,提示瘤细胞可自移植部位分别进入淋巴道或血道。转移早期,肺转移为肺泡间隔型和胸膜下型的微小病灶;晚期,肺泡间隔型和胸膜下型的病灶增大,并出现支气管肺动脉支周围转移灶。提示经血道到肺的转移瘤也可穿出肺泡壁毛细血管进入淋巴循环。

Abstract:In this paper, metastasis in the popliteal or groin lymph nodes andthe lung obtained by injecting the 215th generation Ca761 cells to themouse footpads were transplanted to the foot pads of two groups ofhealthy mice, while the pulmonary metastases obtained by subcuta-neously transplanting the 215th generation Ca761 cells to the axilla ofmouse were transplanted to third group of healthy mice. These passa-ges were carried out more than 5 times, thus obtaining three substrainsnamely Ca761-FL, Ca761-FP, Ca761-AP respectively. The results inthe comparative experiments indicated the lymphatic metastatic rateof Ca761-FL was higher than that of Ca761-AP and the metastatic rate of Ca761-AP was higher than that of Ca761-FP7 while the pulmonarymetastatic rate of Ca761-FR was higher than Ca771-AP, and thepulmonary metastic rate of Ca761-AP was higher than that of Ca761-FL. This result suggests that the choice of the way is related to thebiological characteristict of the tumor cells. Moreover, the AP7footpad transplantaton group had a higher lymphatic metastatic ratethan the AP 7 axilla transplantation group. This result indicates thatthe selection of the metastatic way was also affected by the site oftransplantion. The experiments show that pulmonary metastases andlymphatic metastases could be found either simultaneously or indepe-ndently in the early or later stage tumor-bearing mice. It suggeststhat tumor cells may respectively enter the lymphatic vessel or bloodvessel from the site of tumor transplantation. The pulmonary metas-tases were small foci of the alveolar interstitial septal type and thesubpleural type, while in the later stage, these foci enlarged and werefound around the bronchiole and pulmonary arteriol. This suggeststhat tumor cells of the pulmonary metastases may migrate out of thewall of the blood capillaries and enter the lymphatic circulation.
