| 摘 要： | 探讨了长期血液透析患者低钙、高磷的并发症及防治方法。选择慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者 1 40例 ,分别测量血钙、磷、甲状旁腺素 ( PTH)、降钙素 ( CT)、全身骨 X光照片 ,观察临床症状。并设立对照组。结果发现全部患者低钙 ( 1 .89± 0 .1 9mmol/L)、高磷 ( 2 .81± 0 .56mmol/L)、PTH及 CT升高 ,与正常对照有显著性差异。 60 %有胃痛、90 .2 %有肾性骨病。进一步提出防治方法。

| Abstract: | To investigate the complications,prophylaxis and treatments of hypocalcemia and hyperphospheremia in long-term haemodialysis patients,we have studied 140 cases of long-term haemodialysis patients who suffered from chronic renal failure.Serum calcium,phosphorus,PTH,calitonin,skeletal x-ray,clinical synptoms and signs were evaluated.We found that,when comparied with the control group,the patient group had a lower serum calcium level,a higher serum Phosphorus,PTH and calitonin level,a higher incidence of osteoalgia and osteopathy.The differences were statistically significant.We have furtherly put forwardthe regimen ofprevention and treatment of the complications. |
