| 摘 要： | 目的通过对两所水痘疫情暴发学校学生进行的病例对照研究，调查水痘疫苗接种后的保护效果。方法采用1：1配对的病例对照研究，通过问卷调查获得免疫接种等相关信息，并进行统计学分析。结果平均接种水痘疫苗3年后，疫苗的保护率为67％，7年后疫苗的保护率下降为43％。结论提示水痘疫苗的保护率随着时间的推移而逐渐降低；接种过水痘疫苗学生发生水痘时症状较未接种疫苗者发病症状要轻。

| Abstract: | Aim To survey two outbreaks of vericella in two schools of Shenyang and evaluate the protective effect of vaccine. Methods Case-control study was conducted and questionaire survey was carried out. Results The protection rate of the vaccine in the three years following varicella vaccination was 67% ,a drop of 43% 7 years after vaccination. Conclusion The effectiveness of the varicella vaccination gradually drops over time. |
