小针刀及弹压手法复位为主治疗粘连性肩周炎87例疗效观察

目的：观察小针刀及弹压手法复位为主治疗粘连性肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将160例患者分为2组。治疗组87例，采用小针刀及弹压手法复位为主配合中药熨烫、功能锻炼等综合治疗；对照组73例，采用针刺、拔旋手法复位配合中药熨烫法及功能锻炼治疗。主要观察肩关节功能改善情况。结果：治疗组治愈50例，显效28例，有效9例，无效0例，愈显率为89．66％；对照组治愈15例，显效26例，有效27例，无效5例，愈显率为56．16％。2组愈显率比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：小针刀及弹压手法复位为主的综合疗法治疗粘连性肩周炎可缩短疗程，提高疗效。

Treatment of Adhesive Scapulohumeral Periarthritis by Small Needle- Knife and Flick-Pressure Reposition Manipulation:A Clinical Observation of 87 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of small needle - knife (SNK) and flick - pressure (FP) reposition manipulation for adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis (ASP) . Methods: 160 cases of ASP were allocated to 2 groups according to consultation order. The treatment group (87 cases) was treated by SNK and FP reposition manipulation, and Chinese medicines for hot compress and functional training, the control group (73 cases) by acupuncture, drawing - twirling (DT) manipulation and associated with Chinese medicines for hot compress and functional training. The improvement of function of shoulder joint was observed. Results: In treatment group, 50 cases were cured, 28 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective and zero case ineffective, the markedly effective rate was 89.66% ; and 15, 26, 27, 5, and 56. 16% in control group respectively. According to Ridit analysis, the curativeeffect was very markedly different ( P < 0. 01). Con-Clusion: The treatment of ASP chiefly by SNK and FP is superior than routine acupuncture and DT.
