摘    要:目的探讨3.0T磁敏感加权成像(SWI)技术在隐匿性脑外伤中的临床应用价值。方法搜集脑外伤患者24例,均行常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR及SWI。结果 24例头部CT平扫、MR平扫T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR像阴性,SWI清楚地显示了脑内微出血灶。结论在隐匿性脑外伤患者中,SWI较常规扫描序列更多的显示微出血状况,为临床提供更多的诊断信息,可作为隐匿性脑外伤常规扫描序列。

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of the 3.0T magnetic weighting imaging(SWI) technology in occult brain injury.Methods Patients with traumatic brain injuries collecting 24 cases were performed cranial CT,T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR and the SWI.Results 24 cases of cranial CT,T1WI,T2WI,FLAIR,was negative,SWI clearly shows the micro blood flow focus in brain.Conclusion In the occult brain-injured patients,SWI can show more details in blood flow,provide more information of clinical diagnosis and can be used as occult brain injury conventional scanning sequence.
