| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径（Clinical Nursing Pathway,CNP）在肿瘤患者放疗中的应用效果。方法将160例住院行放疗的肿瘤患者随机分组,对照组和实验组各80例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,实验组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育。结果实验组健康教育知识掌握率、对护士满意度明显高于对照组。结论运用临床护理路径进行健康教育,提高了患者对肿瘤放疗的认知程度,同时提高了患者对临床护理工作的满意度,有效改进护患关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effects of clinical nursing pathway applying to radiotherapy of tumor patients.Methods 160 radiotherapy patients are grouped randomly to the contrast group and the experiment group,each group consists of 80 patients.The traditional method of healthcare education was applied to the contrast group,while the clinical nursing pathway was applied to the experiment group.Results The grasp rate of knowledge on healthcare education and the satisfaction of nurses of the experiment group are obviously higher than the contrast group.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway to healthcare education enhances the acknowledgement of radiotherapy of tumor patients.Moreover,the increase of satisfaction of clinical nursing can effectively relax the relationship of nurse and patient. |
