单层螺旋CT的质量控制

目的通过以SOMATOM BALANCE单层螺旋CT的实际管理操作,分析和探讨单层螺旋CT的质量控制。方法使用辅助设备和装置,以不同检测方式进行CT的密度均匀性、空间分辨力、密度分辨力以及辐射剂量安全的评价。结果经统计学分析,SOMATOM BALANCE螺旋CT在现阶段电离辐射剂量在正常范围内（TA=1.543,TB=1.432,TC=0.851,t0.05（19）=1.729,P〉0.05）。SOMATOM BALANCE在常规算法下空间分辨力为6~7lp/cm,增强算法最高为15lp/cm,密度均匀性以及密度分辨率在正常范围。结论单层螺旋CT经过质量控制操作的检测,对图像质量、操作安全有明显的效果。

Quality Control of Single Slice Spiral CT

Objective Analysis and discussion of the quality control of single-slice spiral CT based on single-slice CT SOMATOM BALANCE actual management operations.Methods Use of auxiliary equipment and devices,different detection method for CT density uniformity,spatial resolution,density resolution,and safety evaluation of radiation dose.Results After statistical analysis,SOMATOM BALANCE spiral CT doses of ionizing radiation at this stage within the normal range（TA=1.543,TB=1.432,TC=0.851,t0.05（19）=1.729,P0.05）.SOMATOM BALANCE spatial resolution under the regular algorithm is 6~7lp/cm,enhancement algorithms up to 15 lp/cm.Density,uniformity and density resolution in the normal range.Conclusion Single-slice spiral CT detection through quality control operations,can the image quality,operational safety play a significant effect.
