摘    要:目的为克服以往利用作业法、投射法和量表法对心理状态的定性评价模式,易受评价者的主观影响,研制了一种定量式心率变异性信号处理仪。方法根据最新理论研究,人的情绪状态是交感神经和副交感神经两个分支共同作用的结果,因此,利用该理论分析心率变异性(HRV)是评价人的自主神经系统的一种最具信赖的方法。该信号仪由发射系统和接收系统两部分组。结果经过测试,该仪器可对被测者的情绪心理状态数据成功地采集和接收,且数据经处理后,被检测者的评价数据报告即显示在终端显示器上,同时心率变异性的大小也反馈到头带的指示灯上,以反应心理状态的好、中、差。结论利用人的心率变异性差异的定量分析,实时反映个体心理状态情绪,较之以往以人为主的评价有了进步。

Abstract:Objective In order to overcome the influence of estimator's subjectivity on qualitative evaluation of mental state using methods of operation, casting and scale, we have developed a qualitative signal processing instrument for heart rate variability. Methods According to recent studies, people's mental state is result of combined function of sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve. As a result, it is a reliable method of evaluating people's autonomic nervous system. The instrument consists of emission system and receiving system. Results The instrument can provide quantitative parameters of activity and balance of the autonomic nervous system, blood pressure status and the function of the cardiovascular system, thus to reflect the individual's mental state. Conclusion Qualitative signal processing of heart rate variability can reflect individual's mental state, and has made some progress compared with previous evaluation methods.
