摘    要:目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)脂肪抑制短时间反转恢复序列(STIR)序列对急性骨挫伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析X线及CT检查为阴性的120例骨挫伤患者的MRI资料进行分析,总结各序列的检出率。结果 STIR序列敏感性高于SE序列,STIR、T1WI、T2WI的检出率分别为100%、72.8%和43.9%,存在着显著的统计学差异(P

Abstract:Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MRI fat suppression sequence for acute bone contusion. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the MRI data of 120 bone contusion patients whose results of X-ray and CT examination, and summarized the detectable rate from each sequence. Results The sensibility of STIR sequence is better than SE sequence, and the detectable rate of STIR, T1WI, T2WI is 100%, 72.8% and 43.9%, respectively, which has statistical significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion MRI has high sensibility to marrow changes. MRI fat suppression sequence can clearly show marrow edema, bleeding and trabecular microfracture which can not be showed by X-ray examination.
