胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的螺旋CT表现与病理对照分析

目的分析胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（SPTP）的螺旋CT表现,并与病理对照,旨在提高该病的诊断率。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的10例实性假乳头状瘤螺旋CT影像及临床、病理资料。结果 10例中,女9例,男1例;肿瘤位于胰头2例,胰颈1例,胰体尾部7例;4例肿块内可见钙化,1例内可见出血;10例肿瘤实质性成分动脉期轻度强化,胰腺实质期均呈渐进性强化;10例均未见胰、胆管的扩张,肿瘤边界清晰,均有纤维包膜。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的螺旋CT有一定的特征性变现,其中的实质渐进性强化、病灶内的出血、囊变、纤维包膜边缘及边缘的钙化,结合临床可以与胰腺其他肿瘤鉴别。

Spiral CT Manifestations and Pathological Contrast Analysis of Pancreas Solid False Papilloma

objective To analyse the pancreas solid false papilloma（SPTP） of the spiral CT manifestations,and and pathology of the disease control,to improve diagnosis rate.Methods Retrospective analysis of operation pathology of 10 patients solid false papilloma spiral CT images and the clinical,pathological material.Results 10 cases of 9 cases are women,and 1 case for men,and of the head of pancreas in 2,1 case,pancreatic neck pancreatic body tail in 7 cases,4 cases within the mass of calcification,and 1 case bleeding can be seen in,10 cases tumor substantial arterial mild strengthening,composition of pancreas are in progressive strengthening,10 cases have not seen,bile duct expansion,pancreatic tumor boundary clear,all have fiber capsule.Conclusion the pancreas solid false papilloma of the spiral CT has certain characteristic,the essence of which of progressive strengthening,the bleeding,sac lesions in change,fiber coated edge and the edge of the calcification,combined with clinical can identify with other tumor pancreas.
