摘    要:目的介绍一种浅层肿瘤放疗数字化射野影像采集装置。方法模拟浅层肿瘤照射环境研制射野图像采集装置,获取无畸变肿瘤射野图像;借助核通0ncentraIMCONI作站或者Photoshop软件更改图像分辨率和勾画射野形状,再将数字化射野形状输出至热丝切割机或者打印机。结果利用本装嚣获取的放疗射野具有准确、方便、无辐射等特点。结论本装置可直接应用于诊疗室或病房放疗,值得同行借鉴和应用。

Abstract:Objective To introduce a kind of digital superficial layer tumor irradiation field acquisition system. Methods Manufactured a irradiation field acquisition system that could simulate the superficial layer tumor irradiation environment to obtain distortionless tumor irradiation field images. Changed the resolution of the field image and drew the shape of the irradiation field with Nucletron Oncentra IMCON workstation or Adobe Photoshop software, then exported the drawn field shape to the hot wire cutter and the printer. Results The system is accurate, convenient and nonradiative. Conclusion The system can be directly applied in radiotherapy for consulting room or ward and is worth using for reference.
