基于脑-肠-菌群轴理论辨证施治阿尔茨海默病

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种进行性的、无法治愈的神经退行性疾病，会影响记忆和其他认知功能，影响正常生活，其病理特征与β淀粉样蛋白（Aβ）斑块的沉积、神经纤维缠结的形成、海马和大脑皮质神经元的丢失密切相关。目前，人们逐渐认识到脑-肠-菌群相互联系的改变对神经系统疾病有着潜在影响。中医学传统理论藏象学说，经络学说等都有关于脑肠相互联系的观点。通过中医理论分析脑-肠-菌群轴的辨证思路，探讨目前中医药基于此理论治疗AD的研究进展，为中医药治疗AD未来发展提供新方向。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Alzheimer''s Disease Based on the Theory of Brain-gut-microbiota Axis

Alzheimer''s disease(AD) is a progressive and incurable neurodegenerative disease that affects memory and other cognitive functions and interferes with normal life.The pathological features are closely related to the deposition of amyloid beta(Aβ) plaques，the formation of nerve fiber tangles，and the loss of neurons in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex.At present，people have gradually realized that the alteration of the interaction between the brain-gut-microbiota axis has potential impacts on neurological diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theories，such as the theory of visceral outward manifestation，meridians and collaterals，all have views on the interconnection between brain and intestine.Based on the theory of TCM，the dialectical thinking of the brain-gut-microbiota axis was analyzed，and the current research progress of TCM in the treatment of AD was discussed，which provides new directions for the future development of TCM in the treatment of AD.
