| 摘 要： | 根据胫骨上端测量结果和解剖特征,提供了手术时确定截骨平面和牵伸骨圆针定位的依据。同期施行经骺线截骨下肢延长术26例。术前肢体短缩平均4.5cm,术后下肢延长平均4.5cm,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | The epiphyseal line osteotomy for lower limb lengthening had been studied both anatomically and clinically. 55 specimens of tibia and 15 specimens of meniscus were measured. Based on the results, a method was put forward to determine the points for pinning and the level of osteotomy. According to the characteristics of surface anatomy of the upper end of tibia. 26 cases were operated on the mean shortening of the lower limb was 4.5cm preoperatively. The mean lengthening was also 4.5cm all patients had been treated with good result. |
