手法对实验性退变兔颈软骨终板超微结构的影响

摘    要:为观察手法干预对实验性退变兔颈软骨终板中软骨细胞和胶原的影响。选25只成年新西兰家兔建立颈椎间盘退变模型并随机分为正常对照组、模型组、手法预防组、手法治疗组,应用透射电镜观察手法干预对实验性退变兔颈软骨终板中软骨细胞和胶原的影响。结果模型组软骨终板中出现大量的空泡变性软骨细胞及固缩软骨细胞,甚至溶解消失;胶原纤维排列极不规整,甚为松散,出现大量胶原溶解等病变。手法干预(手法预防组、手法治疗组)能不同程度地延缓软骨终板中软骨细胞和胶原的上述病变,并且手法早期干预的效果优于晚期干预。提示改善软骨终板营养可能是手法防治椎间盘退变的主要途径之一。

Abstract:The objective of the paper is to observe the influence of manipulative intervention on the chodrocytes and collagen in experimental rabbit degenerative cervical cartilage endoplate.Twenty-five New Zealand rabbits were made into animal models of cervical intervertebral disk degeneration and randomly divided into the normal control,modeled,manipulations-prevented and manipulations-treated groups,and the influence of the manipulative intervention on the chodrocytes and collagen in experimental rabbit degenerative cervical cartilage endoplate was observed by transmission electron microscope.The results showed that in the cartilage endoplate of the modeled group,vast numbers of vascuolar degenerated and pyknotic chondrocytes appeared and even were dissolved and vanished,collagenous fiber arranges were very irregular or even loose and expansive collagen solutions occurred,etc,but in the manipulations-prevented and manipulations-treated groups,the above pathological changes of the chondrocytes and collagen in the cartilage endoplate were delayed in varied degrees and the result of the early manipulative intervention was better than that of the late one,suggesting that improving the cartilage endoplate nutrature may be the main way for the manipulations to prevent and treat intervertebral disk degeneration.
