| 摘 要： | 目的：通过研究分析因呃逆而造成对食管功能的损害及其影响，为临床治疗与预防因呃逆而造成的食管功能损伤提供理论依据。方法：应用24h动态胆汁同步监测法、内镜检查并结合病理组织学检查的方法。结果：呃逆可以导致明显的胃-食管反流，尽而导致食管内pH明显减低、胆酸浓度升高，食管黏膜组织受到明显的损伤，从而导致食管功能受到明显的损害。结论：呃逆可对食管的功能造成明显的损害和影响。而且呃逆发生的原因与炎症性病变、肿瘤及中枢神经系统的病变关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of haw on esophageal function and its significance for providing information on clinic work.Methods:Simultaneously monitoring the acid and the bile of esophageal on the patients with haw and then we observe the esophageal mucosa and its tissue constructure of patients with haw under endoscopand. In the same way, We observe the health man that is a control group .Then compared with them .Results:We observed the haw can caused gastric esophageal reflux disease(GERD).The contence of acid and bile in the esophageal of patients with haw are increased,the mucosa and the function were injuried. Conclusion: The haw can caused the GERD and injuried the mucosa and the function of patients with haw .The reason of haw is connected with inflammation, tumor and the disease of central nervous system(CNS). |
