丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮／舒巴坦治疗老年呼吸机相关肺炎的有效性和安全性探讨

目的探讨丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮／舒巴坦治疗老年呼吸机相关肺炎（VAP）的有效性及安全性。方法收集ICU科室VAP病例82例，采用简单随机法分为两组，治疗组41例给予丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮／舒巴坦，对照组41例，给予头孢哌酮／舒巴坦，观察和比较两组患者临床有效性、药物使用时间、安全性。结果治疗组有效率为90．2％，对照组有效率为70．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；细菌清除率治疗组为84．6％，对照组为76．0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丁胺卡那霉素联合头孢哌酮／舒巴坦治疗老年VAP疗效显著，安全可靠，可用于老年VAP的治疗。

Efficacy and safety of amikaein combined with eefoperazone/sulbaetam in the treatment for elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of amikacin combined with cefoperazone/ sulbactam in the treatment of the old patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods 82 cases of ventilator associated pneumonia elderly patients in the intensive care unit （ICU） department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 41 patients was given amikacin combined with cefoperazone/sulbactam, the control group of 41 patients received cefoperazone/sulbactam, then we observed and compared the clinical effectiveness of the drug time and security. Results The response rate was 90.2% in the treatment group, the control group was 70.7%, showing statistical significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; the bacterial eradication rate of treatment group was 84.6%, significantly higher than that in the control group （76.0%）, showing significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Amikacin combined with cefoperazone/sulbactam in the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia elderly patients had significant efficacy with reliable safety, which is suitable for the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia elderly patients.
