| 摘 要： | 目的了解部分省(自治区、直辖市,下同)和新疆生产建设兵团制定艾滋病防治十二五行动计划的具体情况。方法对公布在政府类网站的省级遏制与防治艾滋病十二五行动计划或具有同等效用的文件(简称《各地十二五行动计划》)的内容进行详细的梳理,并与《中国遏制与防治艾滋病十二五行动计划》的相应内容进行比较分析。结果截至2013年6月底,22个省和新疆生产建设兵团在政府类网站发布了《各地十二五行动计划》,明确了本省2015年的防控目标,丰富和细化了防控措施和保障举措等。结论 22个省和新疆生产建设兵团制定的《各地十二五行动计划》符合本省的实际,下一步的关键是抓紧落实各项防控和保障措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the development of the 12th Five-Year Action Plan of AIDS Response in some provinces and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Methods The contents of provincial ＂ 12th Five-Yea＇ action plan of AIDS response ＂ or equivalent document published on government website were reviewed in detail, and comparatively analyzed with the corresponding component of ＂China action plan to prevent and control AIDS during the 12th Five-Year period＂. Results By the end of June 2013, 22 provinces and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps had published their AIDS response action plan which defined their 2015 goal and target, enrich and detail control and ensuring measures. Conclusions Tailored to their actual situation, the 22 provinces and The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps developed AIDS response action plan during 12th Five-Year period. It is critical to take actions timely to carry out all measures. |
