个性化护理对泌尿系统结石疼痛患者的护理效果分析

目的研究个性化护理对泌尿系统结石疼痛患者的护理效果。方法将我院收治的48例泌尿系统结石疼痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组24例，采用个性化护理干预，对照组24例，采用常规护理干预。比较两者在疼痛缓解情况，疼痛持续时间，护理满意度等各方面的情况。结果在进行了一个月的个性化护理后，观察组在疼痛缓解方面缓解率为87．50％明显高于对照组62．50％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组在疼痛护理满意度方面满意率为95．83％明显高于对照组58．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对结石疼痛患者进行个性化护理，可缓解患者疼痛率及投升护理满意度，减少患者疼痛持续时间，值得临床推广。

Analysis on the nursing effect of individual nursing care of patients with urinary calculi pain

Objective To study on the effect of individual nursing care of patients with urinary calculi pain. Methods The 48 cases of urinary tract stones pain patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group of 24 cases, used the individualized nursing intervention, 24 cases in the control group, routine nursing intervention. Compared the situation in the relief of pain, duration of pain,nursing satisfaction and other aspects of the situation. Results After a month of individualized nursing care, the observation group＇ s pain relief rate of 87.50% was higher than that of the control group （62.50%）, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; pain care satisfaction rate of 95.83% in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group of 55.33%, showing significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Personalized nursing interventions to urinary calculi patients can help to improve patients＇ pain relief and pain care satisfaction, and reduce patients＇ pain duration, which is worthy of selection for clinic.
