腹腔镜胆囊切除术浆膜下胆囊动脉处理的临床效果比较

目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术中不同胆囊动脉处理方法的临床效果。方法对2012年1月至2014年1月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的30例患者术中采用电凝法处理胆囊动脉（观察组），与之前30例采用传统方法处理的患者（对照组）进行效果比较。结果与对照组比较，观察组的出血量更少，术后住院时间显著缩短，无明显并发症（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中合理应用电凝法处理胆囊动脉，止血效果可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Comparison on clinical effects of subserosal cystic artery treatment methods in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the clinical effects of different subserosal cystic artery treatment methods in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 30 patients treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 were selected as observation group. 30 patients treated by traditional method were selected as control group. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding was less and hospital stays was shorter in observation group than those in control group. There were no complications found in observation group. Conclusion Using electrocoagulation in laparoscopic cholecystectomy could provide reliable hemostasis effects and it is worth for clinic promotion.
