两种不同用药方案治疗外阴阴道霉菌感染的成本分析

目的 比较治疗外阴阴道霉菌感染的两种不同用药方案的最小成本.方法 运用最小成本分析法（CMA）对氟康唑胶囊＋硝酸咪康唑软胶囊＋百安洗液（A组）、伊曲康唑胶囊＋克霉唑栓＋碳酸氢钠溶液（B组）两种给药方案进行药物经济学分析.结果 两组成本分别是215.59元和159.94元,总有效率分别是96.9％和98.4％,总不良反应率分别是14.1％和12.5％,两组总有效率和总不良反应率无统计学差异（P＞0.05）.结论 在达到相同的治疗效果及总不良反应率无差异的情况下B组的最小成本低于A组,经济学评价效果优于A组.

Cost analysis on two therapeutic regimens of mycotic vaginitis

Objective To compare the minimum cost of different therapeutic schedules of mycotic vaginitis.Methods The cost analysis method was applied to analyze the pharmacoeconomics of two groups of treatments,which were group A （fluconazole capsule combined with miconazole soft capsule and baian lotion） and group B （itraconazole capsule combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository and soda solution）.Results The costs of two treatments were 215.59 Yuan and 159.94 Yuan with effective rates of 96.9％ and 98.4％ respectively.Rates of drug adverse reaction were 14.1％ and 12.5％.Therefore,therapeutic regimens of two groups had no statistical difference on the respects of the effectiveness and adverse drug reaction （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion Under the conditions that the therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions had no statistical significant difference,the minimum cost of group B is lower than that of group A.Consequently the evaluation of pharmacoeconomics of group B is superior to group A.
