摘    要:目的观察经阴道j维子宫输卯管超声造影(3D—HyCOSy)在不孕症中的应用价值。方法将我院诊断的原发l陛与继发性不孕症患者52例随机分为两组,每组各26例,3D—HyCOSy组与x线子宫输卵管造影(HSG)组,并与腹腔镜检查结果进行自身对照比较分析。结果3D—HyCOSy组26例52条输卵管通畅36条占34.62%,通而不畅31条占29.81%,阻塞37条占35.58%。HSG组26例52条诊断输卯管通畅27条占25.96%,通而不畅29条占27.88%,阻塞48条占46.15%。经腹腔镜检查提示3D—HvCOSv组符合率为(80.39±2.5)%,而FISC组为(59.08±5.73)%,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论3D—HyCOSv诊断不孕症是一种简便、有效、经济、安全、可靠、无辐射又可重复观察等优点,对子宫宫腔病变和输卯管的通畅性的诊断及鉴别明显优于传统的HSG。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosalpingography uhrasouml angiography (3D-HyCOSy) infertilily. Methods The 52 patients with primary and secondary infertility, which were diagnosed in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, the 3D-HyCOSy group and X-ray hysterosalpingography (HSG) group, 26 cases for each group, and comparative analysis was conducted by self-control according to the results of laparoseopy. Results Among the 26 eases of 3D-HyCOSy group, there were 36 tubals accounted for 34.62%(36/52), 3l passable ones accounted for 29.8I%, 37 blocking ones accounted for 35.58%. In 26 cases of HSG group, among 52 diagnosis of tubal potency, there were 27 ones accounting for 25.96%, 29 passable accounted for 27.88%, blocking 48% of 46.15%. The laparoscopic examination prompted the 3D-HyCOSy group coincidence rate (80.39 ± 2.5)%, the HSG group (59.08 ± 5.73)%, the phase difference of the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The 3D-HyCOSy diagnosis of infertility has the following advantages: simple, safe, reliable, effective, no radiatiuu, repeatable observations, diagnosis and identification of uterine lesions of the uterus and fallopian tubes pateney is significantly better than those of traditional HSG.
