| 摘 要： | 用“紫地合剂”治疗上消化道出血398例,治愈率93.1%,总有效率95.4%。大便隐血试验平均阴转时间4.06天。疗效优于中药大黄片及西药甲氰咪胍、止血芳酸等对照组(P<0.05及P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | 398 cases of upper digestive tract hemorrhage were treated with Zidi decoction, the cure rate being 93.1%, tetal effective rate 95.4%, and the average course of the stool occult blood test (SOBT) returning to negative reaction 4.06 days, The curative effect is better than that of the control groups treated respectively with rhubarb tablet, para-aminomethyl benzoic acid (PAMBA) and cimetidini (P<0.05, P<0.0l). |
