| 摘 要： | 应用ＸＬ ２００型血液辐射仪对３４例急性脑血管病人进行紫外线辐照血液治疗，患者接受ＵＶ Ｃ２５３７ｎｍ剂量率０５６８Ｊ／ｍ．ｓ，经对照不同时间（０，４，８，１０ｍｉｎ）以及分别充氧４，８，１０ｍｉｎ的血进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变的分析，结果表明：用紫外线照射治疗前及经不同时间照射治疗后，染色体畸变率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞００５），提示用此方法治疗对患者遗传物质无明显致畸变效应。

| Abstract: | 34 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases were given treatment of ultraviolet irradiated blood. We examined the chromosome aberrations of the blood lymphocytes at various irradiation times(0,4,8,10 min) and oxygenated the blood for 4,8,10 minutes, respectively. The results showed that there was no difference statistically in chromosome aberrations before and after the therapy at various times. It was suggested that the method had no obvious effects of aberration on the genetic materials in the patients. |
