丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病的临床观察

目的观察丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病的疗效。方法对10例川崎病患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察其症状、体征及实验室检查的改善情况。结果治疗后平均退热时间(2.13±0.88)d,平均黏膜充血消退时间(2.85±0.32)d,平均淋巴结炎症消退时间(3.14±1.52)d,平均手足肿胀消退时间(3.71±2.24)d;本治疗后血小板数值较治疗前明显减低(P<0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病患儿,能迅速缓解临床症状,改善实验室指标,预防冠状动脉并发症的发生,促进患儿及早康复。

Clinical Observation of Gamma Globulin in Combination with Aspirin Treatment of Kawasaki Disease

Objective To observe the gamma globulin treatment of Kawasaki disease in combination with aspirin.Methods 10 patients with KD were reviewed retrospectively the clinical data analysis,to observe the symptoms,signs and laboratory tests improve the situation.Results The mean fever clearance time（2.13 ± 0.88） d,the average time of mucosal congestion persisted（2.85 ± 0.32） d,the average lymph node inflammation subsided time（3.14 ± 1.52） d,the average foot swelling time（3.71 ± 2.24） d;The platelet values after treatment than before treatment was significantly lower（P0.05）.Conclusion The gamma globulin treatment of Kawasaki disease in children in combination with aspirin,can rapidly relieve symptoms,improve laboratory indicators,prevention of coronary complications and promote early rehabilitation of children.
