顽固性心衰36例临床观察

目的探讨顽固性心衰(心力衰竭)的综合治疗,有效减少副作用。方法选取顽固性心衰的标准确诊病例36例,在常规治疗的基础上,采取硝普钠、多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺联合应用治疗,进行疗效观察。结果本组36例中经治疗后,显效20例,有效13例,无效3例,总有效率91.7%。治疗过程中,有血压降低、恶心、心悸、尿量增多等症状,均在调整用药后好转。结论硝普钠、多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺联合治疗心衰各自发挥自己的作用,还可相互抵消副作用,有良好效果。

36 cases with clinical observation of refractory heart failure

Objective To explore the comprehensive treatment of refractory heart failure,reduce side effects.Methods 36 cases of refractory heart failure were taken Sodium Nitroprusside,Dopamine,Dobutamine combination treatment for patients on the basis of routine treatment.Results After treatment,120 cases excellenced,13 cases improved,3 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 91.7%.Course of treatment,there was decreased blood pressure,nausea,palpitations,increased urine output and other symptoms were improved after the adjustment of medication.Conclusion Sodium Nitroprusside,Dopamine,Dobutamine combined therapy of heart failure each play their own role,but also side effects offset each other,with good results.
