妊娠期糖尿病动态血糖监测的临床应用

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病动态血糖监测的效果。方法纳入GDM患者80例,随机分为2组,观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用CGMS监测血糖,对照组采用强生血糖仪监测8次血糖。比较2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖,记录高血糖和低血糖发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组患者检测高血糖和低血糖发生比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 CGMS能全面的反应GDM患者的血糖情况,更好的指导临床治疗,促使GDM患者血糖达标,避免遗漏无症状高血糖和低血糖。

Gestational diabetes glucose monitoring in clinical application

Objective To explore the effect of gestational diabetes glucose monitoring.Methods A total of 80 patients with GDM were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 patients in the observation group and 40 patients in the control group. Observation group were treated with CGMS monitoring of blood glucose, blood glucose control was monitored by Johnson, 8 times that of blood glucose. Before and after treatment,fasting plasma glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were compared, high blood glucose and the incidence of low blood glucose were recorded. Results After treatment, patients fasting plasma glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were significantly lower than the control group （P0.05）, two groups of patients with high blood glucose and low blood glucose testing incidence had statistical difference （P0.05）. Conclusion CGMS responses to blood glucose in patients with GDM, a better guide clinical treatment to promote blood glucose in patients with GDM, to avoid missing asymptomatic high blood glucose and low blood glucose.
