腹腔镜胆囊切除术在急性胆囊炎中的应用

目的总结腹腔镜下处理急性胆囊炎的临床经验。方法回顾分析2002年8月至2005年8月LC(腹腔镜胆囊切除术)治疗急性胆囊炎180例。结果完成LC171例(95%),中转开腹9例,手术时间40～160min,平均80min。随访2～12个月,无并发症。结论急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术只要适当选择病例,以安全为原则,仔细操作,联合术中造影,即可降低中转开腹率及并发症的发生率。

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystit

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods From August 2002 to August 2005,180 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by LC were reviewed.Results Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was completed in 171 cases （95%） and a conversion to open surgerywas required in 9 cases. The duration of operation was 40～160 min, with a mean of 80 min. Follow-up for 2～12 months, no complications Occurred.Conclusion When utilizing LC for acute cholecystitis, the rate of conversion and the incidence of complication may be reduced as long as the patients are properly selected, the principles of safety are abided by carefully handing and intraoperative cholangiography.
