老年人脑梗塞的临床对比分析

目的：总结老年人脑梗塞的临床特征。方法：把我科近３年来收治的脑梗塞病例，按年龄分为≥６０岁的老年组和＜５０岁的中青年组，对比分析了两组病例的病因、ＣＴ改变、临床表现及预后。结果：发现老年人脑梗塞的病因主要是高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症和冠心病，影响其预后的主要因素与年龄、多次卒中史、梗塞部位与病灶大小及合并症有关。结论：说明老年人脑梗塞患者各脏器储备功能差，合并症多，临床表现多样化，预后差。

Contrastive analysis of clinical feature of cerebral infarctions among the aged

Objective:To sum up the clinical features of cerebral infarctions of the aged.Methods:In order to analyze in a contrastive way the causes of cerebral infarctions in either group,variations in CT,clinical features and prognosis,the patients admitted into our department during the past three years were divided according to their ages into two groups.One is the group of sixty-year-olds and those over sixty,the other is the group younger than fifty.Results:It has been demonstrated that the causes of cerebral infarction among the aged are mainly hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipemia,coronary heart disease.The main elements affecting the prognosis are usually associated with their ages,frequency of strokes,locations and area involved,and complications.Conclusion:It has,therefore,been shown that the patients suffering from cerebral infarction generally have decreased functions of their organs as well as many complications,varied clinical features and poor prognosis.
