下肢静脉疾病的数字减影下肢静脉造影研究

目的 探讨数字减影下肢静脉造影对下肢静脉疾病的诊断价值。方法 选择外科疑诊为下肢静脉疾病患60例共80侧肢体，试用数字减影技术行数字减影下肢静脉造影，根据造影表现进行分析，分别诊断为静脉阻塞性病变、静脉逆流性病变、静脉瘤样病变，并与常规下肢静脉造影进行对比。结果 下肢静脉各类疾病60例80侧肢体的数字减影下肢静脉造影均获成功，其中77侧为阳性。根据其主要征象分类：静脉阻塞性病变42侧，静脉逆流性病变33侧，静脉瘤样病变2侧。数字减影片在显示血管影及其异常改变方面均优于常规静脉造影片。3侧常规造影片未能明确有无深静脉栓塞后改变而数字减影片明确了诊断。结论 数字减影下肢静脉造影比常规下肢静脉造影更能清晰地显示下肢静脉之血管影及血管异常改变，从而提高了诊断之准确率，值得推广。

Digital subtraction venography of lower extremity(DSVLE) for the diagnosis of venous diseases

Purpose To investigate the value of digital subtraction venography for the diagnosis of venous diseases of lower extremity. Methods The venograms of 80 cases of lower extremities suffered from venous diseases were performed by DSVLE. They were classified into venous obstructive lesions,venous reflux lesions,venous tumorlike lesions.The correlation between DSVLE and the conventional venograms. Results The procedures of DSVLE were successful in all cases. DSVLE revealed venous obstructive lesions (42 extremities) .venous reflux lesions (33 extremities) and venous tumorlike lesions (2 extremities) . Conclusion The DSVLE is better than the conventional venography for lower extremity lesions.
