| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区护理干预对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组与对照组各60例。对2组患者出院后使用抗精神病药物治疗，干预组制订个体化的康复训练计划，实施社区护理干预，对照组不做其他干预。对2组患者随访2年，采用Et常生活能力量表（ADL）、社会功能缺陷量表（SDSS）和生活质量综合评定问卷（GQDLI-74）对其生活质量进行评估。结果干预组患者GQOLI-74中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；ADL的躯体生活自理能力和工具性日常生活能力也显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；SDSS的社会功能改善程度显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论社区护理干预有助于增进患者自我照顾能力，减缓精神分裂症患者的功能衰退，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value and reliability of holistic nursing mode of auto-dental immediate transplantation. Method Make out the concrete holistie nursing cares according to the condition and the character of patients with auto-dental immediate transplantation. Result Holistie nursing can exalt the value and function for nursing care to auto-dental immediate transplantation. Conclusion Holistic nursing may be a useful mode for patients with auto-dental immediate transplantation. |
