地震伤应急投照体会

目的：探讨放射科应急投照在急诊检查中的应用及其临床价值。方法：回顾分析四川汶川5·12大地震中德阳地区1257例伤员，共计1736例次地震受伤检查病例的CR照片。其中胸部613例次、脊柱324例次、骨盆和四肢543例次、其他部位256例次。结果：1736例次地震伤CR摄片，发现肋骨骨折610例次，占35．31％；肺挫伤197例次，占11．35％；脊柱骨折284例次，占16．36％；脊柱滑脱59例次，占3．40％；骨盆和四肢骨折493例次，占25．29％；骨关节脱位72例次，占4．15％；其他部位骨折216例次，占12．44％。结论：合理使用放射科应急投照技术，有利于临床及时治疗和处理外伤。

The Experience of Emergency Examination for Earthquake Injury

Objective： To discuss the clinic value of emergency projection in department of radiology. Methods： 1 257 earthquake injuries from Deyang were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. 1 736 cases of CR photograph were studied, included chest 613 cases, spine 324 cases, pelvis and limbs 543 cases, other parts 256 cases. Results： CR examination detects 610 cases with nb fracture, 197 cases with pulmonary contusion, 284 spinal fractures, 59 spondylolisthesis,493 cases with pelvis or limbs fracture,72 dislocation and 216 cases with other factures, account for 35.1%, 11.35%, 16.36%, 3.40%, 25.29%, 4.15% and 12.44% respectively. Conclusion：Proper application of projective technique helps timely treatment and traumatic management.
