| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血府逐瘀汤影响血管新生的相关因素。方法将24只SD大鼠随机分成血府逐瘀汤高、中、低剂量组和空白对照组,分别检测各组大鼠血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)、粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)、巨噬细胞粒细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)和一氧化氮(NO)的含量,观察血府逐瘀汤对内皮祖细胞动员因素的影响。结果与空白对照组比较,血府逐瘀汤高剂量组对血清VEGF、血府逐瘀汤中剂量组对血清SDF-1和GM-CSF,3个药物剂量组对血清NO的水平均有显著提高(P0.05或P0.01),但高、中剂量组均能降低血清G-CSF的含量(P0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤可通过提高VEGF、SDF-1、GM-CSF和NO的水平动员骨髓内皮祖细胞参与血管新生,动员途径呈现多样性和复杂性。 |
