| 摘 要： | 目的:研究健肾方含药血清培养成骨细胞移植对骨折愈合过程中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA表达的影响。方法:制备4种含药血清,包括健肾方高、低剂量含药血清、福善美含药血清及空白大鼠血清,分别运用4种血清培养乳鼠成骨细胞,并建立骨折模型,将建模后大鼠分5组,分别是模型组、生理盐水组、福善美含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组、健肾方低剂量含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组、健肾方高剂量含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组,治疗采用移植含药血清培养的成骨细胞到骨折部位,用荧光定量PCR方法检测骨折愈合部位VEGFmRNA表达情况。结果:福善美含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组、健肾方低剂量含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组、健肾方高剂量含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组的血管内皮生长因子VEGFmRNA的表达明显增加,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);健肾方低剂量含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组与健肾方高剂量含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组比较差异无统计学意义,但它们与福善美含药血清合并成骨细胞治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:健肾方含药血清合并成骨细胞移植到骨折部位能显著增加VEGFm-RNA的表达,初步认为其促进骨折愈合的作用与促进VEGFmRNA的表达有关。
