我院就诊人群中老年人骨密度分析及骨质疏松患病率调查

目的：了解福州地区在我院就诊的人群中老年人全身多部位骨密度(BMD)的变化规律及骨质疏松的患病率，为预防和诊断骨质疏松提供科学依据。方法：使用法国DMS公司生产的LEXXOS全身双能双向数字化X线骨密度测定仪，对来我院就诊的50岁以上患者测定左前臂(left forearm)、腰椎(spine)、右股骨近端(right femur)的骨密度值。结果:在老年就诊人群中，BMD测定值随年龄增长逐渐下降，而骨质疏松患病率总体上随年龄增加而逐渐增高。在男性BMD下降以股骨近端最为明显，在女性以前臂最为明显。结论:我院就诊老年人群BMD测定值与年龄性别均有关系。女性骨质疏松总患病率为59．4％，男性骨质疏松总患病率为43．5％。女性骨质疏松症患病率高于男性。判断骨质疏松的发生，在男性应以测量股骨近端的BMD作为评价指标，在女性应以测量前臂的BMD作为评价指标。

The BMD analysis among elder people and the prevalence survey for osteoporosis in Fuzhou area

Objective To know the changing rate of BMD in different part of body and the sickness rate of osteoporosis among the elder people in Fuzhou area,it will supply the scentific evidence to prevent and diagnosis the osteoporosis.MethodsBy using the LEXXOS bi-dimensional digital flash DEXA bone densitometer which was produced by DMS company of France,for those whose age were over 50 and who came to our hospital,the BMD rate was measured in left forearm,spine,right femur.Results Among the elder people who came to see a doctor,the BMD rate was decreasing when the age was growing.In general,the osteoporosis was increasing when the age was adding.The reduction of BMD rate was evident in femur for male,in forearm for female.Conclution In Fuzhou area,for those who come to see a doctor,the BMD rate is connecting with the age and gender.The sickness rate of osteoporosis is 59.4% for female,43.5% in male.The possibilities for female getting osteoporosis are higher than that of male.To judge the occurrence of the osteoporosis,for male,to measure the BMD rate in femur,for female,in forearm.
