2008年南京市公共场所空调冷却水中嗜肺军团菌的污染状况调查

摘    要:目的]了解南京市公共场所大量使用中央空调后军团菌污染情况。方法]2008年9月在南京市33家宾馆、14家商场、3家写字楼合计采集50份中央空调冷却水,应用BCYE、BCY培养基进行嗜肺军团菌分离培养,并对分离菌株进行血清分型及种特异性PCR鉴定。结果]检测50份冷却水,30份检出军团菌,阳性率60.00%。分离的33株嗜肺军团菌中,LP1型嗜肺军团菌25株,占75.76%;LP3型1株,LP4型4株,LP6型3株。结论]南京市公共场所空调冷却水检出率较高,应引起有关部门的重视,尽快采取有效预防措施保护人群身体健康。
