| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产褥期颅内静脉窦血栓的治疗方法。方法2000年10月-2008年12月收治的60例经MRI、DSA确诊的产褥期颅内静脉窦血栓病例,随机分成单纯肝素治疗组及尿激酶联合肝素治疗组,观察两组的疗效。结果尿激酶联合肝素治疗组较单纯肝素治疗组症状改善早且明显,脑脊液压力恢复明显（P〈0.05）。结论尿激酶联合肝素治疗产褥期颅内静脉窦血栓是一种有效的安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment of encephalic sinus thrombosis during puerperal period. Methods 60 cases of childbed period encephalic sinus thrombosis in our hospital diagnosed through MRI and DSA were divided into heparin group and urokinase+heparin group, the treating results were observed. Results Compared with heparin group, symptom in urokinase + heparin group improved earlier and more obviously. Moreover, pressure of CSF decreased more significantly (P <0.05).
