桡动脉止血装置压力及压迫时间对经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术患者桡动脉的影响

摘    要:目的探讨经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术患者采用两种不同压力及压迫时间进行止血的效果及血管并发症的发生率。方法38例经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术的患者,分旧法组(压迫时间长)10例,新法组(压迫时间短)28例。术后用桡动脉止血装置进行止血,分别在术前、术后行右上肢血管彩色多普勒,了解用不同压力及压迫时间进行止血的效果及血管并发症发生率。结果两组患者无出血、血肿、夹层并发症。旧法组术后桡动脉闭塞发生率为50%,新法止血组术后血管闭塞发生率为17.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用桡动脉止血装置进行桡动脉压迫止血时间短的患者,术后血管闭塞发生率比压迫止血时长的患者低,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To access effect and incidence of vascular complication of radial artery hemostasis device with two different pressure and pressing time.Methods 38 cases patients who accepted transradial percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into two groups:long pressing time group(10 cases) and short pressing time group(28 cases) .Stop bleeding respectively using radial artery hemostasis device after operation.Patients' radial artery were detect by color Doppler ultrosound before and post operation.To compare the hemostasis effect and incidence of vascular complication of different pressure and pressing time.Results There were no complication hemorrhage,local hematoma and dissecting heratoma in both two groups.The incidence of radial artery occlusion post PCI was 50% in long pressing time group while 17.9% in short pressing time group,with significant difference(P < 0.05) . Conclusion The incidence of radial artery occlusion of radial artery hemostasis device in short pressing time patients was less than that in long pressing time patients.
