| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三种不同类型食管支架临床应用特点。方法透视下置入“Z”型全覆膜、针织型覆膜、编织型覆膜食管支架于不同类型食管癌狭窄或合并气管瘘、纵隔瘘患者共153例。结果支架均一次植入成功,术后各型均有不同疼痛,食管支架移位7例:“Z”型上移位2例、编织型下移位3例、针织型下移位2例。结论三种类型覆膜食管支架均适应于食管癌狭窄梗阻解除及瘘口封堵;植入及取出各有特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical application characteristics of three different kinds of esophageal stent.Methods Esophageal stent of Z-type hol-membrana tectoria,knitting-type membrana tectoria and braid-type membrana tectoria were inserted in 153 cases with perspective who had different kinds of esophageal carcinoma narrow,complicating tracheal fistula or mediastinum fistula.Results All stents were released once successfully,and the patients all had different ache after operation.There were 7 cases of esophageal stent shifting in which 2 of Z-type superior displacement,3 of braid-type inferior displacement and 2 of knitting-type inferior displacement.Conclusion All of the three types of membrana tectoria esophageal stent adapt to relieve the esophageal carcinoma narrow obstruction and make the orificium fistulae seal.The insertion and dislodge of each type have their own characteristics. |
