摘    要:目的 :检测锌、硼、钡、锰 4种微量元素对牙釉质脱矿的影响 ,探讨其与龋病的相关性。方法 :选择离体牛牙 ,实验组分别用氟、锌、硼、钡、锰处理 ,对照组用双蒸水处理 ,所有标本浸泡于酸蚀凝胶中形成人工釉质龋。测量不同浸泡时间酸蚀凝胶中钙的含量。结果 :所有样本 48h以前釉质脱钙量随时间的变化差异有显著性。含氟、锌、硼、钡的实验组与对照组比较 ,抑制釉质脱矿能力差异有显著性 ,氟抑制釉质脱钙能力最强 ,硼稍弱 ,锌次于硼 ,钡最弱。结论 :锌、硼、钡能有效抑制早期龋釉质脱矿 ,具有抗龋作用 ;锰与龋病无关

Abstract:Objective:To determine the influence of 4 trace elements including zinc (Zn),boron (B), barium (Ba) and manganese (Mn) on dental calcification and examine the relationship between these trace elements and caries.Methods: Bovine teeth were selected . Fluorine (F),Zn,Ba,B,Mn were used in experimental groups, and twice distillatory water in control group. All the speciments formed artificial carious lesion in lactic acid gel, then the Ca 2+ concentration of lactic acid gel were detected in different times. Results:The change of all the speciments presented a platform of enamel decalcification was remarkable before 48 hours. The experiment groups include F,Zn,B,Ba can more effectively inhibit enamel decalcification than the control group. Flourine has the strongest inhibition on enamel decalcification and B has the weaker inhibition as well as Ba has the minimum influence on it. Conclusion: Zn,B and Ba are effectively able to inhibit enamel decalcification, and have the potential ability of carious prevention.It has no relevance between Mn and carious.
