腔内泌尿外科技术治疗输尿管狭窄(附182例报告)

目的 总结腔内泌尿外科技术治疗输尿管狭窄的疗效。方法 对１８２例采用腔内泌尿外科技术治疗的输尿管狭窄病人资料进行回顾性分析。结果 ３３例炎症和息肉引起狭窄的病人，采用激光或电凝等治疗２７例，成功率８２％，手术损伤导致狭窄１４９例，采用输尿管镜直视下扩张术１０８例，气囊扩张１７例，输尿管导管扩张术１１例，输尿管镜直视下冷刀切开术１３例，成功率分别为８０％，７１％％，６４％，８５％。结论 输尿管镜直视

Treatment of ureteral stricture by endourological technique

Objective To evaluate the endourological technique in the treatment of ureteral stricture. Methods 182 cases of ureteral stricture treated by endourological technique from 1992 to 1997 were reviewed. Results 33 cases of ureteral stricture causes by inflammation and polyps were treated with laser or electric coagulation technique with a success rate of be 82%.In 149 cases caused by operation injure, 108 cases were treated with dilatation on ureteroscopy under direct vision, 17 cases with the balloon dilatation, 11 with dilatation by fascia dilator and 13 with endopylotomy by cold knife.The success rats were 80%, 71%, 64% and 85% respectively. Conclusions Dilatation on ureteroscopy under direct vision with two double J for drainage and stenting have satisfactory clinical results for the treatment of ureteral stricture.Endopyelotomy by cold knife is believed to be the best, but needs more experience and with more complication.
