洋金花治疗银屑病有效部位的药理作用研究(Ⅰ)——抗炎、抗瘙痒及抗过敏作用

目的:阐明洋金花治疗银屑病有效部位的抗炎、抗瘙痒及抗过敏作用。方法:以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和10%蛋清致大鼠足肿胀法进行抗炎作用研究;用0.35%磷酸组织胺刺激豚鼠皮肤考察抗搔痒作用;以氯化乙酰胆碱和组织胺混合液引起的豚鼠喘息性抽搐为指标考察抗过敏作用。结果:洋金花治疗银屑病有效部位可明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀和蛋清引起的大鼠足肿胀;可使组织胺所致豚鼠皮肤搔痒的组织胺用量明显增加;对乙酰胆碱和组织胺混合液所引起的豚鼠变态反应性哮喘的发作潜伏期明显延长。结论:洋金花治疗银屑病有效部位具有较强的抗炎、抗皮肤瘙痒及抗过敏等药理作用。

Studies on Pharmacological Actions of the Effective Parts for Psoriasis in Flos Daturae(Ⅰ)——The Anti-inflammatory.Anti-titillation and Anti-anaphylaxis Actions of Flos daturae

Objective:To elucidate the anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin,anti-anaphylaxis actions of the effective parts in Flos Daturae.Methods:The anti-inflammatory and anti-titillation action on swelling ear of mice induced by xylene and swelling toe of rat induced by 10% OVA;and on cavia cobaya skin induced by 0.35% histamine phosphate respectively.Antianaphylaxis action was observed on cavia cobaya according to the index of gasping twitch caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Results:The effective parts of Flos Daturae remarkably inhibited the ear swelling,increased histamine dosage which lead to skin itching of cavia cobaya,evidently extended delitescence of allergic asthma on cavia cobaya caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Conclusions:The effective parts of Flos Daturae have many obvious pharmacological actions,including anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin and antianaphylaxis actions.
